Travel Grants for Scientists at TAU

Helping researchers to travel to foreign labs, learn cutting-edge research techniques, and belong to a growing community of top-tier scientists.

Established by the Naomi foundation in 2013, fellowships fund research visits by TAU researchers to laboratories in US, Europe and elsewhere in the world. The aim is to facilitate collaboration between research groups and for Israeli graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and senior team members working at the Sackler School of Medicine or the Wise Facutlty of Life Sciences at Tel Aviv University to bring these technologies and skills back to their home labs at TAU. The fellowships enable the visiting fellows to acquire new techniques and research methods not otherwise available through their home laboratories and encourage and strengthen partnerships between the home and host research groups.
